Curriculum Developer

Responsibilities
Responsible for one learning domain
Design a coherent, progressive, and inclusive curriculum that meets the diverse learning needs of Metta students
Ensure curriculum alignment with school mission and desired student outcomes
Develop clear learning progressions that support mastery, generalisation, and independence
Develop and curate curriculum resources, teaching materials, and assessment tools
Collaborate with Curriculum Developers of other domains to ensure holistic curriculum planning, ie, minimal overlap, with optimal opportunities for learning reinforcement across subjects
Source appropriate resources, including learning applications and digital learning platforms, to support the delivery of the curriculum
Work closely with teachers to translate curriculum into practical lesson plans and classroom practices
Monitor curriculum implementation and seek feedback proactively
Identify gaps, strengths, and areas for curriculum enhancement
