- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of curriculum developers and subject consultants to deliver high-quality Secondary and Junior College programmes
- Drive the conceptualisation, design, and continuous enhancement of curriculum offerings aligned with organisational teaching frameworks and national syllabus requirements
- Oversee the development of structured learning pathways, schemes of work, lesson plans, assessments, and teacher resources
- Ensure curriculum materials meet quality benchmarks, timelines, and production standards for print and digital delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. teaching, marketing, operations) to strengthen programme value and market relevance
