What you will be doing:
Motivate, inspire, and support educators to achieve a high-quality learning environment by building relationships with key stakeholders such as Training Design, ETO, and Delivery teams. Advocate for inspirational teaching, including the use of digital technologies, to positively impact learners.Collaborate with training delivery teams to support continuous professional development for educators by creating lesson plans tailored to trainees' needs, learning pace, active learning, and digital technology application.
