Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Curriculum Support Administrator to join our Curriculum Department. This role provides administrative support to ensure course materials and learning systems meet rigorous standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vet and review courseware (Learner Guides, Trainer Guides, PowerPoint slides, Assessment Plans) for accuracy, formatting, and compliance.
  • Cross‑reference documents to ensure alignment between learning outcomes, teaching activities, and assessments.
  • Update content and refresh visuals in PowerPoint templates.
  • Monitor assessments and LMS records; act as invigilator during assessments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, respond to queries, and support curriculum‑related projects.
