**Key Responsibilities**

**Order Processing & Systems Management**

+ Enter and validate AOG orders accurately in **SAP HANA** within defined turnaround times.
+ Utilize **SFDC CRM** to manage customer cases, track updates, and ensure timely resolution.
+ Maintain 100% accuracy while processing high‑priority AOG orders from receipt until shipment.
+ Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Customer Support) to eliminate delays and ensure fastest possible order fulfillment.

**Customer Interaction & Communication**

+ Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via **email and phone** , ensuring seamless communication throughout the order lifecycle.
+ Proactively contact customers for missing or unclear information to avoid processing delays.
+ Demonstrate a **customer‑obsessed mindset** , ensuring every interaction reflects urgency and ownership.
