Job Description
Pay Rate: $15.56/hr.
Full Time in Bradenton, FL 34205
Valid Florida driver license required.
We conduct Level II pre-employment backgrounds and drug screens.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of a 10th grade education required.
One year experience in related janitorial or custodial work needed.
Must be familiar with proper use of power tools, machinery, equipment, and professional materials used in custodial services.
Performs a variety of duties to keep the facilities clean and sanitary which may include one or more of the following: maintenance tasks, surfaces, bathrooms, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and buffing tile surface floors. Maintains inventory and provides work tracking reports as requested.

Ability to maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies, and the public.
