Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customs Manager based in Cuautitlán Izcalli, MEX. The Customs Manager will oversee daily customs operations to ensure compliance with regulations and efficient service.
Main responsibilities:
Manage and optimize T1 and A1 schemes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Building and maintaining relationships with brokers , freight forwarders , carriers , couriers and last mile.
Plan and monitor air freight customs entry processes.
Register and track broker performance , creating plans to resolve customs or shipping problems.
