Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Technical Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of our Workday ecosystem. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure our Workday solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of Workday HCM and Financials implementations. Define and lead integration strategies between Workday and other enterprise systems (HRIS, ERP, CRM, etc.). Architect, develop, and optimize integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs). Collaborate with data teams to manage data migration, validation, and transformation processes. Establish security frameworks and manage Workday roles, domains, and business process security policies. Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX). Provide technical leadership to integration developers and Workday administrators. Define and enforce architecture standards, documentation, and reusable frameworks. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements. 5+ years of Workday implementation experience, including 2+ years in a Technical Architect or Technical Lead role. Expertise in Workday Integration technologies: o Workday Studio o Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) o Core Connectors (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting) o Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, and JSON. Experience with Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Workday Extend. Understanding of Workday HCM and Financial business processes. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with large-scale Workday deployments or multi-country rollouts is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications Workday Pro Certification (Integrations / Studio / HCM / Finance) Workday Extend Certification (Optional) Experience with AWS, Azure, or middleware platforms Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
