Good to have skills : Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (Oracle BRM), Pega Architecture

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices within the team, ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously assess and improve application performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Pega Architecture, Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (Oracle BRM).
- Strong understanding of scripting best practices and automation techniques.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with application deployment processes and tools.
