Customer Account Executive – Relationship Management & Retention

Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 + 10-15% performance bonus + excellent benefits 
Location - Cambridge based | Hybrid

Our client is growing fast, and they’re on the lookout for a Customer Account Executive who knows how to keep clients happy, engaged and coming back for more. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the customer journey, ensuring smooth onboarding, meaningful engagement and long lasting partnerships.
