Full-Time | Exempt $45,853 to $57,316 (Mexican Pesos Monthly)

About the Role

The Customer Account Manager is the trusted partner for Serac's existing customers—owning relationships, driving aftermarket revenue, and ensuring long-term satisfaction. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, supporting everything from new formats and upgrades to training, audits, and service visits .

Success in this role is measured by customer loyalty, revenue growth, and satisfaction .
