We are currently assisting our client in sourcing a full-time, permanent Customer Account Manager for their facility based in Delta, BC.

About the Company

The Customer Account Manager is responsible to ensure that the customers’ and THE ORGANIZATION’s interests are protected in accordance with contractual obligations and to ensure that services on customer engines are completed within budgetary requirements, and within acceptable business practices.

About the Role

Typical duties include representing the customer effectively within THE ORGANIZATION, managing and maintaining an overview regarding the processing of work orders, ensuring that customer requirements are met, customer communication is effective, and maintaining optimum results for THE ORGANIZATION and its customers.
