Role Overview


We are hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to build a fully quantified, data-first growth engine. In this role, every marketing activity-content, campaigns, funnels, CRM, and channels must be measurable, attributable, and tied to business outcomes. The focus is on scalable acquisition, conversion, and retention through continuous experimentation and analytics-led decision-making.


Key Responsibilities


● Ensure 100% quantification of marketing efforts, with clear metrics, attribution, and ROI for every initiative.

● Run data-driven growth experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis) across funnels and user journeys.

● Optimize end-to-end funnels (SEO/SEM → webinars → counselling → enrolment → retention) using measurable KPIs.

● Manage cross-channel growth across SEO, SEM, Email, WhatsApp, Social, and paid media, evaluated on conversions and LTV—not vanity metrics.
