Role Title – Direct Sales


Areas of Accountability:



- Engage - with our potential customers promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome.


- Understand - who our potential customers are, what brought them to TE, their intent and timeline for purchase, thus creating a robust customer profile.


- Educate - and excite our potential customers by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based on their requirements.


- Nurture - maintain a healthy sales pipeline for TE by converting enquiries into site visits and site visits into closures.


- Close - close sales by continuously providing all required information and negotiating and facilitating.


- Provide the highest levels of customer service to all our customers.


- Documentation - formally record each sale in the company’s ERP system and provide regular reports to the ...
