Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Advisor for an American Technology Company will be:

  • Responding to inbound customer requests and documenting relevant case information.

  • Assisting users with product issues, complaints, refunds, warranty etc. through phone and email

  • Webshop and retailers support

  • Troubleshooting

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment 

  • Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • A native-level proficiency in German and a minimum B2 level of English
