The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.
  • Provide heroic assistance to our premium clients, ensuring their journeys are comfortable.
  • Use your wand (okay, keyboard) to magically assist partners in selecting flights, products, and the best payment methods available.
  • Navigate the world of airline tickets with the precision of a GPS.
  • Understand customer needs and solve their travel issues with a smile.
  • Build unbreakable relationships with your customers by becoming their guide on the journey.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Korean (C1) and English (B2 level)
  • Naturally helpful, with the enthusiasm and patience of a saint.
