Job description:

  • Provide assistance via phone, email or chat
  • Deliver technical support for the streaming company,
  • Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently,
  • Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism,
  • Serve B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second line support,
  • Deal with outbound calls for administrative tasks eg. gathering feedbacks or late payment calls and similar.

 

Requirements:

  • Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience
  • Fluency in Norwegian (C1 level), and English written and verbal (B2),
