Implement and support the activities that allow the right and continuous function of production lines in order to offer our customers a satisfactory and trustful process and product
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain control and answer on time every single customer issue and be the main contact with the client in the quality part. To be the VOC (Voice of the customer) focused on the Customer complaints, APQP/program management process, D/PFMEA, control plan and PPAP process.
- Ensure that BorgWarner processes, standards and program specific requirements are implemented and followed.
- Maintain effective communication with the client (internal and external) to ensure that what is communicated is not an impediment to achieving results/objectives for both parties.
- Cascade customer specific requirements for the program to the Cross functional team and convert it into deliverables for the plant.
