Vos missions

You will provide support to our customer in:

– Support the organization of meetings and events with the Customer

– Training records management

– Planning and support to Training Center activities

– Scheduling and customer assistance

– Budget and invoices monitoring control

– Support to visits and events as requested.

– Management of welcome kit material.

– Organization and planning of courses

– Organization of meeting rooms

– Provide support to all customers in person, by email and by phone

– Improvement projects to support all client’s programmes
