Job Summary:
Speedcast’s Customer Care team is responsible for supporting our Customer’s Mobile Satellite Services (MSS) as well as Low
Earth Orbit services (LEO) provisioning and activation requests.
Working in line with standard operating procedures, Customer Care Administrators will respond and action requests to ensure
service orders, questions and concerns are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
By utilizing both in house and vendor portals, the Customer Care team will ensure our Customer’s critical communications are
online and operational ready to support their business needs.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
· Provision of Starlink, Iridium, Inmarsat, Thuraya, Telenor services. Prepare and submit orders in the portals
· INM-C Accounting Authority and PSA services. Update particulars and customer billing information.
