Customer Care Assistant (Remote)

Lylu Wear is seeking a Customer Care Assistant (Remote) based in Toluca. This role supports customers with order questions, delivery updates, and general service needs. Fully remote. Applications are accepted only from candidates currently located in Mexico.

Duties:

• Respond to customer emails and chat messages.
• Provide clear updates on order progress.
• Assist with delivery tracking and status checks.
• Resolve simple service concerns quickly.
• Log interactions in internal tools.
• Maintain friendly and professional tone.

Skills & Experience:

• Basic English reading and writing required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using online support systems.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet and home workspace.
