As part of our B2B Customer Care team, you are the voice of EcoVadis. You will play a pivotal role in helping global companies navigate their sustainability journeys, ensuring that every interaction—whether solving a technical hurdle or explaining our methodology—drives meaningful change. In this job you will:

  • Be the Expert Guide: Support our global community of Buyers and Suppliers via phone and Salesforce (email). You’ll help them navigate the platform, resolve issues, provide administrative support and provide expert advice to ensure they get the most out of EcoVadis.
  • Solve Problems with Empathy: Deeply listen to customer needs to provide clear, helpful, and effective solutions that turn a problem into a positive experience.
  • Master the Platform: Build a deep knowledge of EcoVadis products, processes, and tools to ensure every answer you give is accurate and high-quality.
