Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer experiences.
  • Educate customers on product features and services to enhance usage and satisfaction.
  • Fixed 6 days in a month that you need to report onsite.
  • 2-3 weeks onsite training
  • AU Based - Dayshift (earliest shift 6:00am and 9:00am)
  • Fixed weekends off
  • Equipment's will be provided.
