Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Assist customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer experiences.
- Educate customers on product features and services to enhance usage and satisfaction.
- Fixed 6 days in a month that you need to report onsite.
- 2-3 weeks onsite training
- AU Based - Dayshift (earliest shift 6:00am and 9:00am)
- Fixed weekends off
- Equipment's will be provided.
