Job Description

As a Customer Care Specialist at our client, you will have the following responsibilities:


  • Act as Main point of contact for our client's customers.

  • Search for solutions and offer customer focused solutions to ensure the best quality of service to the customers.

  • Assist our client in the evolution of its processes within the Customer Care department.

  • Build long lasting relationship with your customers and create adapted added value offers for your portfolios of customers.

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to find the best solution for customers.


The ideal Customer Care Specialist for our client would have the following skills :


  • A Bachelor Degree or a Master Degree.

  • At least 2 up to 5 years of experience in customer support.

  • Fluency in French, Dutch & English.
