The Opportunity

This role is a 12-month parental leave cover contract , offering a unique opportunity to support the Customer Care Manager in delivering best-practice customer service outcomes across all Queensland projects. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for our customers, communicating with them regularly pre and post-settlement. This is a hands-on role involving direct interaction with new property owners and liaising with the broader business including our sales, development, and construction teams.

What you’ll do

  • Manage customer communications , handling the customer care inbox and ensuring all enquiries are responded to within 24 hours with a high level of care and professionalism.
