Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive based in Bengaluru. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. The Customer Care Executive will engage with customers to provide support, address grievances, and enhance client experience, while also recognizing opportunities to influence customer loyalty and satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication abilities, with a focus on interpersonal and written communication
  • Sales acumen and skills in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a professional approach with clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and related tools is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including local languages, is advantageous
