About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at TP , a global leader in customer experience management. As a Customer Service Associate for our International Chat project, you’ll be the voice of a renowned technology company, assisting customers via email and chat with queries, feedback, and complaints. Your goal? Deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.


Shift: 24/7 environment | 5 days working | 10-hour shifts


Salary: 28,000 ctc(25771 gross + 2240 PLI)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses across email and chat channels.
  • Maintain high productivity and quality standards.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.


What We’re Looking For

  • Education: High School (12th Pass) and above.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills in English.
  • Strong multitasking and analytical abilities.
  • Experience: Preferred international BPO experience in voice/email/chat campaigns.
  • Personality: Energetic, Professional, and adaptable with great customer orientation.
