About the Role:

As a Customer Service Associate for our International Chat project, you’ll be the voice of a renowned technology company, assisting customers via email and chat with queries, feedback, and complaints. Your goal? Deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Shift: 24/7 environment | 5 days working | 10-hour shifts
Salary: 28,000 ctc(25771 gross + 2240 PLI)
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Provide timely and accurate responses across email and chat channels.
Maintain high productivity and quality standards.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
