Role Overview:

Holypills is a women’s healthtech platform dedicated to empowering wellness through holistic care and digital innovation. We are seeking a proactive Customer Care Executive with CRM expertise to strengthen our patient and partner engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
  • Handle queries related to consultations, app usage, and service support
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with doctors, patients, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Track customer satisfaction metrics and provide feedback for service improvement


Requirements:

  • English/ Hindi language proficiency.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or healthcare support roles
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
