Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
- Handle queries related to consultations, app usage, and service support
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with doctors, patients, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication
- Track customer satisfaction metrics and provide feedback for service improvement
Requirements:
- English/ Hindi language proficiency.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or healthcare support roles
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
