we are looking for a customer care executive to join our team in mohali. as a customer care executive, your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, providing customer support, and building strong relationships with customers. you must have excellent communication skills, be fluent in hindi , english , punjabi any of these and be able to handle cold calling and customer communication effectively. the ideal candidate will have a 12th pass education and 0-3 years of experience in a customer care role. this is a full-time position based in our office, and we are specifically looking for female candidates to fill this role. if you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have the required skills, we would love to hear from you.
