Customer Support
- Handle inbound international customer calls efficiently
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Process & Compliance
- Follow standard BPO processes and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Shift & Work Schedule
- 5 days working in rotational shifts
- 2 rotational weekly offs
