Job Description
- Customer Service: Handle international inbound calls from customers, answer inquiries, and provide general information.
- Sales & Support: Assist customers with placing orders and completing purchases both online and over the phone.
- Team Collaboration: Work as part of a contact team focused on providing exceptional customer experience.
- Upselling: Utilize excellent upselling skills to enhance sales.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of international voice experience in a reputable International BPO.
- Education: A graduate degree is preferred but not mandatory for deserving candidates.
- Skills: Flair for customer service, excellent upselling skills, and strong communication.
- Work Schedule: Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and offs.
