Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at D.S. Research Centre. As a Customer Care Executive , you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, and will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient service.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients and visitors to the center and directing them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
  • Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and forwarding calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendars.
  • Handling patient intake and registration processes.
  • Maintaining patient records and ensuring that patient information is kept confidential.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as filing, emailing, and scanning documents.
  • Managing inventory and ordering office supplies.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Requirements:

  • Graduate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Experience in a healthcare or medical environment is a plus.
