Customer Support
- Handle inbound international customer calls professionally
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Process & Compliance
- Adhere to defined BPO processes and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Shift & Work Schedule
- 5 days working in rotational shifts
- 2 rotational weekly offs
