Job Description
**This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Manage Customer Support tickets and ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
+ Enter and update customer information, product licenses, warranty support information and annual maintenance records in a document format or in a hosted application. Logging customer interactions in a recorded format.
+ Handle and resolve customer complaints (via phone, email, mail) provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up with the engineering team to ensure resolution. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
+ Generate customer logins and perform remote training on support web portal.
+ Following up with team to ensure resolution.
+ Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
