What requirements you'll need to be eligible

  • Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

  • Language: Mandarin (Preferred)
  • What you'll be doing on the job

    Job Scope:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email.

  • Assist with customer inquiries & resolve customer complaints.

  • Update and maintain customer interaction in CRM systems and database.
  • Requirements:

  • Have experience in customer service would be advantage.

  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

  • Speak fluently in English.

  • East Malaysian (Sabah & Sarawak) highly encouraged to apply.
