The Customer Care Representative is part of a marketing-led team supporting local customers for optimal customer experience. This role will digitally interact with customers daily ensuring that these customers see Sensient as their optimal color supplier.

What you’ll do

  • Responsibility for a defined customer base of local and historical customers
    • Analyze customer order patterns and reacting to ups-and-downs
    • Respond to customer queries promptly within defined KPIs
    • Proactively run daily customer calls
    • Assess customer business and suggest complimentary items
    • Discuss substitute product offerings in case of constrained or delayed supply of customer preferred product(s)
  • Execute and follow-up on campaigns run by the Sales Enablement manager
