**Customer Care & Retention Representative**
**Location**: On-site at Av. P.º Río San Miguel 75-Planta Alta, Proyecto Río Sonora Hermosillo XXI, Hermosillo, Son.
**Compensation**: Up to $5,000 monthly ($4,000 base + $1,000 performance bonus)
**Schedules**:
- **Option 1**: $5,000 weekly pay, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, two days off
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Retain customers by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Use negotiation skills to turn cancellations into saves.
- Manage high volumes of customer interactions efficiently.
**Qualifications**:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 1+ years of similar experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills; typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
