Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any four (4) year degree course (preferably Business and Hospitality related course)
  • With at least one (1) year relevant experience in customer service of a real estate company or in a BPO industry, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!
  • Adept in MS Office Application
  • Has excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Amenable to work in DMCI Homes Head Office at Bangkal, Makati City

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists in handling clients' concerns
  • Coordinates and relays clients' concerns and inquiries in a timely manner to appropriate department for resolution
  • Assesses clients' concerns and respond appropriately by getting information from concerned departments
  • Recommends viable solutions based on the data gathered
  • Follows-up, monitor progress, and provide updates about clients' concerns and requests
