Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any four (4) year degree course (preferably Business and Hospitality related course)
- With at least one (1) year relevant experience in customer service of a real estate company or in a BPO industry, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!
- Adept in MS Office Application
- Has excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Amenable to work in DMCI Homes Head Office at Bangkal, Makati City
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in handling clients' concerns
- Coordinates and relays clients' concerns and inquiries in a timely manner to appropriate department for resolution
- Assesses clients' concerns and respond appropriately by getting information from concerned departments
- Recommends viable solutions based on the data gathered
- Follows-up, monitor progress, and provide updates about clients' concerns and requests
