We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Virtual Patient Coordinator/Medical Support Specialist to join our healthcare team. This role is responsible for managing patient communication and coordination efforts, including appointment scheduling, referral processing, virtual call-center support, data entry, and insurance verification.
