Job Description

  • Answering incoming calls from customers, assisting with their questions, concern,& complaints.
  • Resolving customers basic/complex issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service all throughout
  • At least 2 yrs experience in the BPO setting
  • Has experience in handling US health/auto/life insurance ( preferred but not required )
  • Excellent in English language, written and communications skills.
  • Willing to work On-site
  • Amendable to shifting schedules.
