Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails for financial account customers.
- Assist clients with account inquiries, billing concerns, card services, and transaction disputes.
- Provide accurate information and ensure compliance with financial policies and security procedures.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Deliver excellent customer experience by maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Sr. High School Graduate
- 1 year CSR position handling financial account
