Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails for financial account customers.
  • Assist clients with account inquiries, billing concerns, card services, and transaction disputes.
  • Provide accurate information and ensure compliance with financial policies and security procedures.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience by maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Sr. High School Graduate
  • 1 year CSR position handling financial account
