Location: Northampton, PA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 30-minute lunch
Work Environment: Call Center

In this role, you will provide exceptional service while managing a high volume of inbound customer calls. You’ll listen actively, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every customer feels heard, supported, and valued.
