Customer Care Representative

As a Customer Service Associate for our Online Lending & Loan Services account in Clark, you'll handle general inquiries, provide payment updates, and manage grace delays, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely account information.

You'll bring to the table:

• Assist consumers with a high level of customer service in a variety of areas
• Deliver application status and procedures for completion
• Implement application initiation and completion
• Provide necessary loan notifications (including notification of terms and conditions of the loan)
• Administer disbursement process
• Adhere to all scripts, regulatory guidelines, and procedures
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisors

You're the perfect fit if you have:

• At least graduated from Senior High School
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Services roles
