As a Customer Service Representative at TigerPak you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support, consistently delivering fast, accurate, and on-time solutions to their needs. Whether your handling enquiries, resolving complaints, or processing orders, you will always uphold our ‘Extreme Customer Service’ guarantee.
About the Role
As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering calls, emails, and webchat enquiries. You’ll process sales orders, resolve issues, and make sure every customer feels heard, valued, and supported. You’ll work closely with your team and other departments to ensure every customer interaction is seamless and reflects what TigerPak stands for.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound sales calls and process orders via phone, email and webchat.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues quickly and efficiently through case logging and management.
- Manage returns, credits, and after-sales support.
- Track and report on customer feedback through Net‑promoter scores.
- Collaborate with your team to deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.
- Live and promote TigerPak’s values in every interaction.

About You
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Previous experience in processing orders in a fast‐paced environment would be beneficial though not necessary. We offer training, both internal and external. Candidates with experience in any office‑based customer service role will be considered.
