About the Role
Provide administrative and coordination support for case management activities, including handling enquiries, organising correspondence, tracking timelines, and supporting officers throughout the case lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain case files for new complaints, updating Excel databases as cases progress
- Manage a shared mailbox, sorting and filing emails to the appropriate cases based on reference numbers and complaint stages
- Support case officers by tracking timelines, drafting responses, and organising case-related documents
- Perform additional duties as required by the supervisor
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in any discipline
- Prior experience in customer service duties will be an advantage
