Job Purpose
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Port Botany NSW. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our customers and the scheduling teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operational outcomes. This is a permanent, full‑time position, with work required across Monday–Sunday.
You will manage customer operational requests, support container and vessel movements, and build strong relationships with local and international stakeholders. You will also oversee a dedicated customer portfolio, with a focus on driving continuous improvement in vessel utilisation, container flow, and logistics processes to ensure smooth daily operations.
