- Handling of 1st/2nd level customer complaint device investigations to ensure timely resolution of a customer reported issue. - Ensure appropriate documentation of the investigation in the complaint file and escalation of issues to other groups as necessary. - Responsible for executing the tests according to test plan/specification. This includes: o Execution of tests and documentation of test results - Receive and collect complaint devices - Organize shipping of devices to other investigation location as needed - Support during Internal/external Audits for backroom, SME, etc.
Experiência y requisitos
- 3 years’ experience in testing, service, etc. - Experience and knowledge in various measurement systems Industry experience: - Electro-acoustical knowledge - Wireless knowledge (inductive & Bluetooth) - Base knowledge in electro-acoustical measurement technique - 3 years of relevant experience - College degree - English proficiency - Te...
