**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Customer Master Data Management**
+ Maintain customer master data workflows (create/update) within the MDM ecosystem (Informatica IDQ & MDM).
+ Support account hierarchy management to ensure correct relationships and roll-ups.
+ Own enrichment of new customer records and ensure completeness of key attributes (ID numbers, industry, geography, address).
+ **Data Quality & Match/Merge**
+ Define and monitor data quality rules, metrics, and thresholds.
