Key Responsibilities



+ As a member of the Customer Deal Desk organization, you will prepare complex contractual documents—including Master Agreements, Ordering Documents, Amendments, and Extensions—based on input from Sales and in compliance with Oracle policies and processes.

+ Manage the end-to-end contracting process, collaborating with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Revenue Recognition, Business Practices, etc.) to ensure compliance and minimize risk.

+ Coordinate and facilitate discussions among Sales and internal stakeholders, clearly summarizing and explaining key contract terms and obligations to support smooth execution and a positive buying experience for our customers.

+ Ensure the contracting process is completed efficiently, consistently, and in line with Oracle’s strategic goals.
